This 1960 report on the legal problems created by the systematic implementation of apartheid is much used. The covers are heavily marked, worn and torn. It has suffered from poor storage. All corners are worn and used. The front spine edge has a closed tear. The front bottom spine seam has a long closed tear. The back cover too is heavily marked and soiled. The spine is discoloured and worn and torn. However, the binding is strong and fast. The frontispage has a previous ownership marking and a stamp. All pages, even though heavily used and marked by handling about the edges, are complete, clear, legible and fast against the binding. fk.
