111 pages (complete). Ex-library (College of Education Braamfontein Johannesburg) copy with consequent stamps, annotations, marks, stains, wear, use. Possibly one of the most important Reports on the Health of occupational health in the history of mining. Haldane reported, for the first time, that there was a casual relationship between dust and respiratory disease and the predisposition to secondary tubercular infection. His report was taken seriously and in 1905 the first regulations regarding working conditions and health initiatives were introduced. This copy of the report has been bound in stiff boards by the above mentioned library. These are healthy, sound, with some light wear about the edges. The cover of the report itself is much worn, marked and stained. It is yet hale. The contents have evidence of avid use throughout. Even yet, the contents are clean, clear, careful, competent, very certain. fk. Our orders are shipped using tracked courier delivery services.
