Two volumes (complete). Two amiable and generously owned copies. Volume I is ex-library (Lumko Institute Library, Lady Frere) copy with consequent stamps, annotations, marks, residue and debris marks. Both copies have wear and aging all about. The boards are simple and functional, with wear, stains, marks. The spines are worn, marked, sunned. The spine seams are cracked but have been repaired. The boards are steady and comfortable. Volume I: the end papers are much marked by hand, ownership and use. The papertrims are worn, tanned. The contents are amenable. They have occasional flushes, spotting of foxing. There are some handling and aging marks. However, the pages are, by far, comfortable, clean, clear, competent, certain. Volume II: the boards and spine are in a better condition but largely similar. The contents are agreeably smart. They are only mildly marked by hand and age. The papertrims have some light wear. The contents are gratifyingly clean, clear, smart, tidy, fresh-faced, companionable. fk. Orders over $50.00 are shipped using tracked courier delivery services.
